Vintages Wine Panel: This sweet yet elegant, well-balanced cream Sherry offers attractive aromas of nuts, figs and gentle spice notes. Enjoy with fresh fruit or blue cheeses. My note: If you think Sherry is just for aging Oxford dons and grandmothers, think again. This wine comes in a variety of styles from dry to sweet. This lovely sweet rendition has gorgeous notes of hazelnuts and dried fruit. You only need a few ounces per glass to make this the perfect ending to a lovely dinner. Food matches: dark chocolate covered almonds, dark chocolate desserts, prosciutto, olive bread.
