Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Holly Bruns rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

This is a nice wine: simple, not too complex, creamy on the palate with a focus on ripe tree fruit and a bit of lemon; well balanced for a wine that's 13.5 percent alcohol with a butterscotch tinged finish.
Uncompromising and innovative Stellar is South Africa’s largest producer of fine organic wines. This wine takes its name from the Indian Runner Ducks that patrol the vineyards, controlling pests such as snails. Aromas of ripe pear, apple, oak and lees, followed by a big, round, medium-full-bodied palate. Very consistent with the nose, with a dash of sweet oak showing through on the finish. An excellent value wine. This organic wine contains 23 mg/L of free sulphur. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
