 | Darlene Myers rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:
The Ruffino Riserva Chianti Classico is everything a Chianti should be. A beautiful ruby red color in the glass, it has notes of violet, cherry, plum and spice. There's also hints of chocolate and black pepper. I enjoyed this wine with Linguine done in a green olive paste and 3 cheeses and it paired perfectly with the creamy pasta dish. |
 | Wine Enthusiast also gave this a score of 92, calling it a “Cellar Selection.” (Oct. 2012) A wine with lots of dried fruits and raisins that turn to cedar and spices. Full and velvety. Juicy finish. Score: 92 Source: James Suckling, jamessuckling.com |
