 | Antonio and Anna Roncolato’s family-run winery is brimming with Old World charms, though the couple warmly embraces new developments. Their estate, perched on a hillside in the heart of Soave, features a beautifully rustic tasting room and a recently refurbished modern wine cellar. This blend of mainly Garganega with a touch of Trebbiano is elegantly styled, with classic floral aromas and great purity of character. It will make a fine sipper or match for a wide variety of delicately flavoured dishes or appetizers. |
