Roederer Estate Sparkling Wine
Tasting note:
Vintages Wine Panel: This rich version is loaded with spicy cinnamon notes. Offers bold apple aromas, with a whiff of yeast, and complex, layered pear, crème brûlée and baked apple flavors that linger. Drink now. TF. My note: One of my long-term favorite bubblies from California: dependably delicious and reasonably priced. Peach and toasted bread.
