Tasting note:

A beautiful expression of Cabernet elegance, structure and length, this flagship wine was created through a collaboration between the Mondavi family in California and Baron Rothschild of Bordeaux. Today, it still towers above most wines in its craftsmanship and longevity. Aromas of black fruit, pencil, violets, cloves, leather and mesquite smoke. I have also reviewed the regular 750 ml size for this wine in this release. Food matches: chateaubriand, beef stew, tongue, mature hard cheeses, pheasant, tacos.
