Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|The Riesling grapes were grown at the winery site on the Golden Mile and were harvest with a fair bit of botrytis (6%). All lots were fermented dangerously cool (yeast go on strike when they get too cold) and this strategy worked as the result was brilliantly fresh fruit character in each lot. None of the lots were allowed even the briefest moment of lees contact and were kept perfectly frigid until bottling day.|
