Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The grapes for this Merlot are hand-picked into small 18 kg boxes. The juice is macerated on the skins for 34 days to deepen color, aromas and flavors. The extended maceration is complemented by 14 months in new French oak, creating a wine that is well balanced between fruit, acids and tannins. It is this premier producer’s eye to such detail that has it quickly emerging as one of Argentina’s top wineries to watch. My note: Blackberries and other dark fruits jump from the glass. Full-bodied with meshed aromas of smoke and dried herbs. Food matches: grilled lamb, meatballs, chili dog, Mexican dishes, Tandoori-flavored dishes.
