Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Plum and slightly unripe blackberry with purple and red fruit backing it up, followed by a slight espresso and mocha note. Briars are less evident in the middle but still present. Great acid, 20% Merlot but not overdone. A big difference from the Cahors that made the Spectator's Top 100 tasted a while back. Offers exactly what you want in an Argentine Malbec but less aggressive on the fruit. 89 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
A Gold Medal winner at the 2009 Concours Régional des Vins du Sud-Ouest. A Malbec from Cahors that has a bit of the New World in its soul. Lots of plum, cassis, dark chocolate and wood spice on the nose. Dry, with a sweet raspberry core expertly balanced by crisp acids and supple tannins. Medium-full bodied with a fairly long, crisp and fruity finish. It may be cellared 2-4 years, but will make a delicious match tonight with prime rib. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
