|This Chianti Riserva is a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. It’s aged for 30 months in a combination of barrel and bottle. The Canaiolo grape adds some acidity and the Colorino variety (which is used by traditionalists rather than the now-permitted Cabernet Sauvignon) provides good tannic structure. This 100% Italian red is ideally suited to classic Tuscan dishes.|
