Tasting note:

A buttery, green apple number that's rich and full-bodied but not too heavy. Good use of oak brings together the package in a creamy, toasty, tasty quaff. Food matches: served slightly chilled with roasted chicken, creamy pasta sauces, or grilled vegetables.
