Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | As legend has it, Principessa Gavia, daughter of the King of the Franks, fell in love with a soldier who she ran away with to northwest Italy to escape her disapproving father. The village and wine of Gavi are named after her. Made with the local Cortese grape, this Gavi is a delightful and refreshing wine that shows layers of citrus fruits, peach and pear balanced by a slight spritz. It’s perfect on its own as an aperitif. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
