Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Alicante is an extremely rare sort of grape, in that not only is its skin red, but so is the pulp; in fact, it is the only Vitis vinifera grape that is red-fleshed. It typically produces wines that are deeply coloured. My note: Strong cedar forest notes with some medicinal bandaid. Black plums and tart blackberries. Different but interesting. Full-bodied.
