Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Pinot Blanc is an exceptionally food-friendly wine and makes for a nice alternative to Chardonnay. This version from one of Alsace’s most formidable domaines displays subtle aromas of apple, sweet citrus, grapefruit, pear and mineral notes. It’s dry with medium weight, balanced acidity and good length. Quite refreshing. My note: Pure white melon and grapefruit: refreshing and vibrant. Clean without oak. Great aperitif. Food matches: asparagus soufflé, charcuterie, cold pork roast, goat cheese, foie gras, Indian cuisine.
