Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The blend is 51% Semillon from the Barossa and 49% Sauvignon Blanc from Adelaide Hills. This is reminiscent of New Zealand Savvies, but with an Oz twist. Besides the green grass, asparagus and peapod notes, you’ll also find tropical fruit, such as pineapple and banana. It finishes spicy and fruity. My note: A grassy-good, refreshing white with lemongrass and chives. (Why do I sound like I’m cooking rather than drinking?) I like this fresh, medium-bodied, oak-free style. Good on ya mate! Food matches: grilled prawns, medium-spicy pad Thai dishes.
