Prolonged fermentation at 14°C and ageing in stainless steel and French oak barrels. Bottled exclusively in 200 ml bottles.
Brix: 36.7° (harvested January 3, 2012)
Fresh fruit aromas of strawberry and honey. Rich and full in the mouth, featuring flavours of strawberry preserves, cranberries and orange.
