Deeply intense aromas of sweetgrass, white roses, melon, ripe citrus, asparagus, and touches of mineral and smoke. Dry, juicy and fruity with a mix of sweet and tangy fruit flavours, balanced by bright acidity. Nice mineral streak and toasty note on the finish.
