Paul Ross presents his inaugural Riesling in conjunction with the team at Norman Hardie wines. Made in a classic Alsatian-inspired style, this is a crisp and refreshing, mineral-infused expression of the Niagara Peninsula that will show beautifully over the next 3-5 years. Hailing from Ontario’s celebrated 2007 vintage, and made in very limited quantities, this is a masterful wine that shows precisely why Riesling yields so many of our local terroir’s great triumphs.
