I just love a great Petite Sirah. This 2007 Oliverhill is absolutely joyful. Full of dark berries and jam thickness, but in a good way - it's elegant, smooth, round and very well integrated. Accurately balanced. Ready to drink in the next 2-3 years. If you can't wait, open it an hour before drinking. Enjoy with fillet mignon medium-rear (salt ands per only).
