Offley aims to create a 10-year-old style of Port that has a consistent flavour and aroma profile year in and year out. Medium depth of core with red reflections. Complex nose with fig, vanilla, lots of ripe fruit with hint of marmalade. Super smooth mouth giving all the nose promised made more complex with nuts and spice and dried fruit flavours. Good balance. Still has a good spirit lift giving attractive, tangy finish. Score: Silver Medal (Best in Class) Source: International Wine & Spirit Competition, Vintages Wine Catalogue.
