Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Medium purple in the glass. Pretty floral, sandalwood, earth and raspberry aromas. Very youthful yet. Dry, light bodied, and exquisitely elegant with tightly knit tannins bringing structure. Complex, medium-long finish. Promises to be an excellent food wine. Cellar it for 2-3 years, or enjoy tonight. My note: Cherry-beetroot with tart edges. I like Norm’s style. He’s working his way to pure genius. Dark spices on the finish with some pleasant sour cherry. Vote Norm! Food matches: herbed veal cooked rare.
