Absolutely stunning! This winery leapfrogs itself every year, coming out of the gate with spectacular robust reds. Gorgeous depth of hedonitsically ripe blackberries and plums with a velvet texture and finish as long as the dessert sunset where it's made.

Wrap your tongue around a glass or two of winemaker Randy Picton’s lean, perfectly balanced syrah before trying to wrap it around the name. Nk’Mip (pronounced in-ka-meep), North America’s first aboriginal winery, uses its own language to designate its top-level wines. Syrah shows great promise to become the Okanagan’s signature red, and this wine shows why: Rich, red berry fruit plays off peppery flavours, finishing with a hint of vanilla.
