Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This wine won a Gold Medal at Millésime Bio 2009, a competition recognizing the best in organic winemaking. This organic wine contains 8 mg/L of free sulfur. A blend of 60% Tempranillo, with 20% apiece of Garnacha and Mazuelo. Bursting with ripe berry fruit and a hint of raisin, this round, fleshy wine has fine balance and a bit of tannic grip. Cellar it for 1-2 years, or enjoy it now. My note: A dark, rustic red with blackberry and cassis notes. Decant for 1-2 hours. Food matches: lamb, mushroom kebabs.
