Tasting note:

This blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Carmenère shows the best of both grapes with its blueberry, plum, blackberry and spice flavors. It’s dry and mouth-filling with plush fruit flavor and a lengthy finish. A well-structured, robust Cabernet blend with aromas of black plums and pepper. Great layers of flavor. A lovely finish. Food matches: bison steak, blue cheeses, horseradish sauces, seared tuna with a pepper crust.
