Winner of a Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2011. The blend is Touriga Nacional (the great grape used in Port), Aragonez and Trincadeira. Deep and spicy aromas of sun-baked earth, blackberry, fig, campfire smoke, cocoa and pipe tobacco. Full bodied, with plenty of oomph. The spicy fruit is backed by ripe tannins.
