Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Hanamaru is made from the same ingredients as regular saké, but fermentation is stopped earlier, at 8%, resulting in this medium-sweet, low-alcohol version. Clean, mellow, fresh, and rounded, it features floral, mushroom, pear and citrus notes. Gentle, but with a pleasing tang, it’s a saké for a summer holiday afternoon. For a hot weather alternative, the producers suggest this might be wonderful as a frozen drink. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
