Mission Hill Family Estate Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: March 7, January 4, December 16 and November 20.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Lesley rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:
While the nose displays a typical Sauvignon Blanc with bright tangy notes of green grass and gooseberries. On the palate it is surprisingly demur due to spending a little time in French Oak. Far from the normal zesty Sauvignon Blancs we are used to seeing. Mission Hill offers an alternative more delicate Sauvignon Blanc with just a hint of pink grapefruit. Try it with Halibut in a Lemon Caper Cream Sauce. |
 | A rich yet refreshing wine with intense aromas of passion fruit, nettle, grapefruit, lemon and lime. The palate continues to show plenty of citrus fruit as well as a subtle hint of oak spice from a small proportion of the blend being fermented in French oak. |
