Vintages Wine Panel: You don't have to be a golf fan to appreciate this stunning Icewine from Canada's links superstar Mike Weir. It's intense and luscious with plenty of tropical fruit, honey, melon and apricot aromas and flavours, all balanced by a seam of bright acidity. My note: A voluptuous, fat icewine that coats your mouth. Light a fire. Relax. Food matches: foie gras, cheeses, blue cheese.
