Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | This traditional Burgundian style Pinot Noir has classic strawberry and blueberry nuances that balance beautifully with an earthy oak spice. The lush flavours, bright acidity and fine tannins are exceptionally balanced and will enhance a broad range of dishes. Harvested in September in Niagara on the Lake. Small batch fermentation with hand punchdown of the cap preformed 3 times daily, was followed by 8 months barrel ageing in the combination of new and mature French oak. |
