Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A seamlessly made Muscadet from a 16.5 hectare plot called Clos du Ferré. The extended lees contact has added dimension and depth to this minerally, floral and fruity wine. Enjoy it with oysters, veal scallopini or grilled rainbow trout. My note: Vibrant acidity gives a refreshing attack. Zesty notes or lemons, limes and white grapefruit. Food matches: smoked ham, soft cheeses, light curries, shellfish, seafood, vegetarian, quiche, omelets.
