Tasting note:

Mom’s apple pie! Even if Mom didn’t bake, she’d love this wine: rich, comforting and warm with layers of buttery goodness. Vanilla smoke, green apples, ripe reach and honeysuckle. Full-bodied with a long finish. Food matches: lobster, soft cheeses, fine pâté, roast chicken, pork, cream sauces.
