 | The Tempranillo and Merlot used to make this delicious rosado (rosé) are given three days of skin contact before the juice is pumped off. In this time, the pretty pink colour and lovely strawberry/ cherry aromas and flavours are extracted. It’s a great spring/summer sipper. |
