Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Pouilly-Fumé is renowned for making some of the world’s finest and most distinctive Sauvignon Blanc. This is classic Pouilly-Fumé with aromas of lemon, sandalwood, hay, white flowers, nectarine and a hint of ginger. Quite dry, but still smooth as glass with concentrated aroma replays on the palate. Lots of acidity here too for refreshment. An ideal wine. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
