Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Medium ruby in colour with aromas of red plum, blackberry, peppercorn and lavender. Dry and fruity with impressive structure supplied by acids and tannins. Medium bodied with a nice long finish. Cellar it 2-4 years, or enjoy it tonight. My note: Terrific savoury, juicy element to this full-bodied red. Dark fleshy cherries, spices and smoke. You come up from the glass wanting … needing more. Top me up! Food matches: butterflied rack of lamb, grilled ribs.
