Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Mark Cochrane rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

For a wine that is produced on the scale that Lindemans does for it's Bin 65 Chardonnay, it's surprising that the quality of this Chardonnay is so good from year to year. Flavours of melon, apple and vanilla with aromas of citrus and apple make this south eastern Australian Chardonnay an excellent value at this price point. The six months of aging in french and american oak gives this wine nice structure. Not too oaky with a full smooth finish. It pairs will with grilled salmon or seafood.
Nose: The nose shows citrus fruit aromas, stone fruit notes and subtle hints of integrated spicy oak.
Palate: A delightful medium bodied Chardonnay with excellent varietal flavours of melon and white peach. The palate is soft and smooth with gentle oak influence and cleansing acidity, creating a crisp yet lengthy finish.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
