Tasting note:

Refreshingly vibrant with bright notes of zesty limes, grass, and chives. Not too grassy though, just right. Terrific acidity and energy. Wow! Closed with a screw cap. Food matches: smoked ham, caraway-seasoned dishes, turducken.
