Tasting note:

This wine was made from Tempranillo grapes gown on 30-year-old vines and then matured for a year in French and American oak. It floods the senses with ripe blackberries, dark plums, cedar and hickory smoke. Full-bodied, but velvety smooth with terrific balance and a long, warm finish. Food matches: griled steak, hard cheese, duck, turkey, Mexican dishes.
