Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A tremendous value from the great ’07 vintage. The wine features loads of plum, sweet cranberry, smoke and garrigue (the aromas of rosemary, lemon verbena, lavender and marjoram that pervades the air in the Midi). Dry with exceptional aroma replays on the palate. Good ripe tannins give the wine balance. My note: A tasty, cedary red with black and dark red berries and fruit. Gulpable and enjoyable. Serve it at your next pizza night. Food matches: roast beef, grilled steaks.
