Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Medium ruby/orange colour with aromas of tea, cherry blossom, smoked meat and woodsmoke. Dry, quite fruity, with a fine core of tannins and bright acidity that bring structure. Medium-full bodied with a long, fruit/tannin finish. Will also reward 3-5 years in a cellar. My note: A stunning core of tart cherry and beetroot with some spices on the finish. This is one of Canada’s best Pinots, if not the best. Magnificent length, depth and voluptuousness. It’s like a room of satin cushions you want to dive into and let your senses play. Food matches: roast leg of lamb, mildly spicy Moroccan dish from a tagine.
