Pale lemon-green in the glass with attractive notions of lime blossom, pear, green apple, apricot and a soft minerality. Medium bodied, the aromas replay with a kiss of sweetness on the palate that’s nicely balanced by a rush of fresh acidity. Crisp, crunchy finish tastes of green apple and pear. A refreshing sipper.
