Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Forward lemon drop, peach, pear and candle wax aromas – aromas right out of the Chenin Blanc playbook – dominate this well-made wine. Just off-dry with a nice tropical/pear flavor at the fore. The wine is balanced by a good seam of acidity. Give it 3-5 years in a cellar, or enjoy it tonight. My note: Lovely light sipper with sunny-ripe apricot, white flowers and lanolin. Medium-bodied and delicious. A touch of fruit sweetness makes it very versatile with many dishes. Food matches: mildly spiced shrimp dishes, brie sprinkled on a spring salad, glazed ham, mild curries, salads, shellfish, grilled salmon.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
