Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Opaque purple colour indicates youth and intensity. Forceful, brooding aromas of plum, cedar, raspberry, blueberry pie and cinnamon toast. Dry fruity/fresh without being jammy. Structured with very good weight. A well-made Cab that has the potential to age 2-3+ years, but why bother? This full-bodied, flavourful wine is an ideal choice. My noteĀ : simple, robust and rustic with notes of cassis and blackberry. Decant 1-2 hours for maximum pleasure. Food matches: herbed roast beef with grilled root vegetables.
