This organic wine has just 8 mg/l of free sulphur. La Cappuccina has grown their grapes organically since 1985. Says winemaker Sisto Tessari: “The impact of the organic cultivation is that there aren’t any kind of residual chemical products. So the perfume and the taste of the wines are more ‘clean’ and more ‘real’.” Fresh, crisp Soave showing aromas of orchard fruit, yellow plum, orange zest and almond skin. Good purity of fruit, with juicy peach singing on the palate. Enjoy with chèvre cheese, or creamy pasta with clams and sage. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
