Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Made with very low yields, this is, as with some other recent Ontario Savvies, helping to define the unique Ontario style of Sauvignon Blanc. Green grass, scallions, lemon peel and asparagus aromas dominate. Barely off-dry with the fruit quite forward and the acidity precise without being razor sharp. Drink now.
