After this wine was featured on Jay Leno, and it was made right here in Nova Scotia, I had to give it a try. And I was pleasantly surprised. A blend of 4 grapes that I had never tried before, Castel, Lucien Kuhlmann, Marechal Foch and Millot were all grown in Nova Scotia and made by Jost wines. Together they made a nice medium bodied wine that was very fruity and easy to drink.

Made from a select variety of four Nova Scotia grapes (Castel, Lucie Kuhlmann, Leon Millot, and Marechal Foch). Each grape is fermented with the skin until the flavours, tannins and colours peak.
