Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Critic Clive Coates, MW, described 2008 as “truly a splendid vintage in Chablis.” This pale straw-coloured beauty is ample proof, with its enticing lemon, pear, and apple aromas leading to citrus flavours and pleasantly steely minerality, all wrapped in a ribbon of crisp acidity. With a lovely, medium-long, pure and zesty finish with apple highlights, this is an ideal contemplation aperitif. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
