Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Fine single-vineyard Alsace Riesling (lieu-dit means single vineyard, or a specific portion of it). Features aromas of apricot, grapefruit and lime, plus a hint of orange pekoe and baking spices. The aromas repeat on the palate and culminate in a pleasing, off-dry/crisp finish. Racy with good balance and length. Try it this evening. My note: Exquisite balance and distinction with aromas of white peach, flint, stonefruit and Asian pear. Love it! Food matches: Thai green-curry chicken dish, risotto with butternut squash.
