Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:

Very smooth, drinkable now; fantastic value |
 | Tried-and-true producer Ironstone delivers exceptional value in this California Cabernet. A feel-good Cali Cab brimming with cassis, blueberry pie filling, vanilla and woodsmoke. Soft and generous, with medium-full body and lots of sweet edged fruit. Big, fleshy tannins mean this will age well for 1-2 years, but it is clearly meant to provide pleasure now.
