Tasting note:

A rich, honeyed nectar of ripe apricots and peach preserves. A mouth-filling definition of delectable. Food matches: triple cream and blue veined cheeses, rich savoury pates, seared scallops, onion soup, fruit-based desserts especially pear flans and apple crisps.

The 2007 Vidal Icewine grapes mark one of the best for overall quality. Harvest began in early January and completed by the end of January. Top quality fruit with ideal sugar levels provided great concentraiton of flavours and stong acidity for optimum structure and balance.
