Inniskillin Wines Select Vineyards Pinot Gris, Winemaker's Series Vqa 2008
Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: May 22, March 7, January 4 and December 16.
Tasting note:
Natalie has not yet reviewed this wine. It's listed here for your convenience so that you can find it easily in your local liquor store. Food matches: light textured fish, light delicate meats and cheeses; suishi; cream mushroom risotto..

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | The grapes from select vineyards were harvested in the third week of September after a great Indian Summer. The majority of this wine was cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve the primary fruit characteristics but a portion was barrel fermented and barrel aged in new French oak barrels for 3 months to enhance mouthfeel and complexity. |
